This innovative 10m x 3m tiny home was built with a focus on low-waste, lightweight construction—making Formance SIPs the ideal solution. The panels provide excellent insulation, structural rigidity, and a warm, finished interior straight out of the box.
Cleverly designed to maximize space and comfort, the home features three double-sized sleeping areas: one ground-level bedroom, a master loft, and a second loft. The full-sized kitchen includes a pull-out pantry and space for a standard fridge, while the fixed couch offers ample seating and generous storage underneath.
The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, with a 900mm-wide vanity plus tower, laminate flooring, a heated towel rail, and a discreet laundry space with a hidden washing machine.
A custom-made trailer chassis allows the home to be easily relocated or adapted for future homes—saving time and cost by enabling multiple tiny homes to share a single chassis.
Clad in a combination of Vulcan Ultraclad and Western Red Cedar, the exterior is as durable as it is beautiful. Inside, a Daikin heat pump, Stiebel Eltron ventilation system, induction hob, and gas hot water provide all the modern comforts. The build is fully compliant with PS3 certifications for electrical, plumbing, and gas.

"Blair and his team were a true pleasure to work with. There was great attention to detail, they were always communicative and efficient and provided high quality workmanship for a fine finish for our new location. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, all while on a reasonably tight time frame."
